For the Next button to be clickable all the required fields (those marked with an *) on the order form need to be completed and there needs to be a green tick against 7 of the fields
- Repeat password
- ZIP/Post Code
- Repeat email
- Mobile phone
If you have the auto complete function enabled then some of the fields will be automatically filled and some/none of ticks will appear. To address this either delete the auto complete details and fill the box manually, or click within the auto completed field and then click outside the field. The green tick will then appear.
PLEASE NOTE: In addition, please make sure that you only use letters and numbers in the address fields and avoid the use of any special characters such as the # sign or the period/full stop. Please do not use International character letters such as â, ê, î, ô, û, á, é, í, ó, ú, ä, ë, ï, ö, ü, ã, õ, ñ, ç etc.
You should now see the "Next" button is no longer greyed out and you will be able to complete your purchase; however, should this issue persist then please do get in touch with our support team.
